Acceptance as a vendor is not guaranteed. Organizers will review your application and the goods being sold.

Handmade/crafted art will receive preference.

You will be notified when the application review is complete.

Payment will be requested after acceptance to the festival. No refunds.

All vendor booths are outdoors.

Booth size is 10' x 10'. Vendors are required to provide their own tables & chairs, tents, etc.

Vendors may not sell food at their booth. Food vendors require a separate application.

Break down: Vendors may begin breaking down after 9 PM the day of the event.

Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM on the day of the event. Please check in before you begin setting up to confirm your space. Allow enough time for vehicles to be unloaded and removed before the event starts. Organizers reserve the right to turn away vendors who are not set up by 1 pm on the day of the event.

Event will be held rain or shine. Please be prepared.

Security will be on the premises. All vendors are responsible for their own equipment and products. The Kankakee Events Partnership is not responsible for any loss, damage, or stolen items.
