July seems too far away – so we’re throwing a party and inviting all our friends!

WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE?

Yes! The Lush Vine will have their normal menu available with paninis and other shared plates. Flanagan’s Irish Pub will have some tasty pizzas. Rigo’s Place is just next door if you’re looking for a more traditional sit down meal – call (815) 802-1200 for a reservation. Head down the street to Johnny’s Pizza and get a slice or 2. Grab a bucket of popcorn or other concessions at Paramount Theater concession stand.  And Mac's BBQ is going to have their in the Majestic event space.

 

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

While technically an all ages event, 2 of the 3 venues are bar establishments so this event is probably not appropriate for young children. Everyone entering the venue will need a ticket. However, Merchant Street MusicFest is and will ALWAYS be kid-friendly, so we’ll see them in July!

 

CAN I LEAVE THE BUILDING AND COME BACK?

Yes! Your wristband allows you re-entry all afternoon and evening

I BOUGHT A TICKET ONLINE... WHAT NOW?

Doors open at 3pm the day of the event.  Check in at either of our 2 tables in the lobby of the Majestic and show your ID for Will Call.  You will be given a wristband which allows you to roam amongst the 3 venues.

 

WILL THERE BE TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

Yes, we will be taking cash and cards. Ticket prices go up the day of, so best to get those tickets ahead of time. 

 

CAN I WANDER THE BUILDING WITH MY BEVERAGE?

Yes, although each establishment may have different rules about what you can and can’t bring in and out (specifically, glassware). They are working hard for you and please respect their wishes. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for anyone attempting to bring in outside alcohol. And please, please, please remember to close your tabs.

 

IS SEATING AVAILABLE?

Your ticket is General Admission, but there will be at least some seating available at all 3 venues. Chairs and tables are first come-first serve and may be limited... so come early! 

 

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is ample parking within a block of the venue. There are free lots just to the north and east of The Majestic, and a large free lot across from Paramount Theater.
