Artist applications are accepted between March 1 and May 31 of 2024.

Please note: submission of this application does not confirm your participation at MSMF. We will contact you once we have received your application. We will then contact you to request payment. Please do not send money until you have been approved.

Because there will be a variety of music, the audience will be very diverse in both age and background. The MSMF Artists reflect the audience in its diverse representation of the arts. We are always looking for new and interesting artists to showcase at MSMF. If you’re interested, fill out the form.

  • Handmade/crafted fine art and folk art will receive preference.

  • You will be notified when the application review is complete.

  • Payment will be requested after acceptance to the festival. No refunds.

  • Vendor booth space is limited so please get your applications in on time.

  • Organizers reserve the right to limit the number of vendors in any particular category.

  • All vendor booths are outdoors.

  • Booth size is 10' x 10'.

  • Vendors are required to provide their own tables & chairs.

  • You may provide your own electricity, or can order it for an additional fee.

  • Merchandise Vendors may not sell food at their booth. Food vendors require a separate application.

  • Vending Time: Vendors are expected to be setup and available during the hours of the event: 2PM-11PM

  • Setup Time: Setup will be between 11AM and 1PM the day of the event.

  • Organizers reserve the right to turn away any vendors who show up after the start of the event.

  • Break down: Vendors may begin breaking down after 9 PM the day of the event.
